Description
Delicious and creamy white chocolate truffles with a smooth texture.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups White chocolate chips
- ¼ cup Heavy cream or Condensed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups White chocolate, Melted
- 1 cup Chopped nuts (candies, sprinkles, powdered sugar, shredded coconut)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate, cream or condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each to ensure the chocolate melts evenly without scorching.
- Once smooth, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and fridge for 2 hours, or until the mixture firms up enough to handle.
- Scoop small portions of the chilled mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, and if desired, sprinkle your favorite toppings before the coating hardens.
- Arrange the truffles on a wax paper-lined tray and allow the chocolate to set completely. For an extra touch, drizzle additional melted white chocolate over the top of each truffle. Enjoy these creamy bites of delight!
Notes
- Ensure the chocolate does not scorch while microwaving.
- For best results, allow the mixture to chill completely before rolling into balls.
