Description
A delicious and moist banana bread made with very ripe bananas.
Ingredients

- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas until soft and mostly smooth.
- Stir in melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs, yogurt, and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
- Whisk the dry ingredients separately, then fold them gently into the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake until golden and set.
- Cool before slicing for the best texture.
Notes
- Make sure the bananas are very ripe for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
