Delicious smoked mushrooms seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cleaned whole mushrooms (white button or baby portobello)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 180°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the mushrooms with the seasonings and toss to coat.
- Place mushrooms directly on the smoker grates or add a grilling pan and smoke for 30 minutes.
- Increase smoker temperature to 475°F; when the smoker reaches 475°F, remove your cooked mushrooms from the grates and serve warm.
Notes
- For a smoky flavor, use a combination of wood chips.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
