- 1 pound flank steak thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl toss the steak slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch and stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the steak and vegetables.
- Drizzle the sesame oil over the top, give a final stir, and remove from heat.
