A delicious sandwich featuring fresh peaches, mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 slices ciabatta bread (or any crusty bread)
- 2 medium ripe peaches (sliced)
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (sliced)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 tablespoons balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the ciabatta bread horizontally and lightly toast if desired.
- Layer the sliced peaches on the bottom half of the bread.
- Add slices of fresh mozzarella on top of the peaches.
- Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the mozzarella.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the basil, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Top with the other half of the ciabatta bread and press down gently.
- Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters for serving.

- This sandwich can be customized with other ingredients such as arugula or different kinds of cheese.
