- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (strawberry or vanilla flavor)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- to taste shredded coconut
- to taste chia seeds
- to taste slivered almonds
- to taste assorted berries
Instructions
- In a blender, add all of the smoothie bowl ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into bowls and top with shredded coconut, chia seeds, slivered almonds, and assorted berries (or your choice of toppings).
Notes
- You can customize the toppings based on your preferences.
- For a thicker consistency, add more Greek yogurt.
