Description

A delicious and healthy smoothie bowl recipe filled with mixed berries and topped with various healthy ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (strawberry or vanilla flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • to taste shredded coconut
  • to taste chia seeds
  • to taste slivered almonds
  • to taste assorted berries

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all of the smoothie bowl ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into bowls and top with shredded coconut, chia seeds, slivered almonds, and assorted berries (or your choice of toppings).

  • You can customize the toppings based on your preferences.
