Description

Delicious BBQ sliders made with juicy beef patties, sharp cheddar, and tangy pickles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 6 slider buns
  • 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper; form into 6 small patties with an indentation in the center.
  3. Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F.
  4. Add cheddar on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking until melted.
  5. Assemble sliders by spreading barbecue sauce on each bun half, placing a patty on the bottom half, and topping with pickles.
  6. Cap with the top bun.
