Description
This grilled swordfish recipe is marinated in a delicious mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, lime, ginger, and garlic.
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- 1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds swordfish steaks
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the swordfish in a resealable plastic bag.
- Add swordfish and lightly massage mixture into the fish.
- Let sit in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Remove swordfish from the marinade and grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked (depends on how thick your steaks are). Internal temperature should be 145º F.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- This recipe can be adjusted for other fish or proteins if desired.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
