A delicious cream cheese ball perfect for serving with crackers, pretzels, or veggies.

- 2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Slightly Firm
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 cup Pecans, Chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together slightly firm cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed and smooth.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.
- Lay a piece of plastic wrap on the counter and put the mixture on it. Gather sides and bunch them up to shape the mixture into a ball.
- Add chopped pecans into a clean bowl and roll the cheese ball into them, covering it thoroughly.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve with crackers, pretzels, and/or veggies.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in herbs or spices to the cream cheese mixture.
- This cheese ball can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
