Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)
- 1–2 habanero peppers, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 large lime
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare the mangoes by peeling and dicing them into small cubes.
- Wear gloves and finely chop the habanero peppers; adjust the quantity based on your spice preference.
- Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mangoes, habaneros, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
