Ingredients

- 1 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa (sliced into rounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 0 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange sliced sausage in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and spices.
- Pour glaze over sausage and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stir, then bake another 10–15 minutes until caramelized.
- Garnish and serve warm.

- For an extra kick, feel free to add more cayenne pepper.
