Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Black peppercorns or black sesame seeds for eyes
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in carrots, peas, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Simmer until thickened.
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pipe mashed potatoes onto beef filling to create ghost shapes.
- Add peppercorns or sesame seeds as eyes for the ghosts.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
