Delicious grasshopper cookies topped with chocolate and festive sprinkles.
Ingredients

- 24 Grasshopper cookies
- 24 large marshmallows
- 10 ounces melting milk chocolate
- 24 Wilton holly melody sprinkles
- 24 mini red M&M
Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate wafers in the microwave according to the package directions.
- Place 24 grasshopper cookies onto the cookie sheet.
- Dip 3/4 of the marshmallows into the chocolate and lightly shake the excess chocolate off and let it harden.
- Spoon a little dollop of chocolate into the middle of the cookie and place the marshmallow onto the chocolate. Repeat steps with remaining chocolate.
- Spoon the rest of the chocolate into the piping bag. Using the chocolate as a glue, pipe on a dot onto the back of the red M&M. Place the M&M onto the middle of the white part of the marshmallow.
- Pipe on a small dollop onto the back of the holly sprinkles and place a holly leaf on both sides of the M&M.
- Repeat with remaining cookies and marshmallows.
- Once done, let sit to harden for about 20-30 minutes.
Notes
- For best results, let the chocolate cool slightly before dipping marshmallows.
- Store in a cool place to maintain chocolate firmness.
