Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously grease a 10–12 cup bundt pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the sour cream and milk into the mixture until smooth. Gradually add the dry ingredients while the mixer runs.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Tap gently on the counter. Bake for 50 – 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack set over parchment paper.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush the warm cake with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Slice the cake once it has cooled completely, revealing the delightful swirls.
