Description

Delicious smoked corn on the cob with butter and salt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 ears corn on the cob
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. On a cutting board cut the ends off of your ears of corn on the cob, about 1 inch off the end.
  2. Preheat your smoker to 350 degrees.
  3. Place ears with husks on to your grill.
  4. Close lid and leave closed for 60 – 90 minutes. 60 is the min. time it will take for kernels to become slightly tender, 90 minutes if you prefer them tender.
  5. Carefully pull back husks and remove silks (will be hot).
  6. Butter, salt, and enjoy.
