A delicious twist on traditional lasagna, featuring seafood and creamy cheeses rolled in lasagna noodles.

- 10 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 0 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 0 lb lump crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 0 tsp salt
- 0 tsp black pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on parchment to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon zest until smooth. Gently fold in shrimp and crab.
- Spread Alfredo sauce over the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread 2-3 tablespoons of seafood filling onto each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce on top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and more Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley.
