Description
A delicious seafood lasagna made with lobster, shrimp, and a creamy béchamel sauce.

- 9–12 sheets Lasagna noodles (cooked al dente)
- 1 cup Lobster meat, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Béchamel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup Fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Optional: Fresh herbs (basil or parsley for garnishing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and lobster meat, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until just turned opaque. Season with salt and pepper and mix in the fresh spinach until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.
- If making béchamel from scratch, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add milk while stirring until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
- In a greased baking dish, start with a layer of béchamel sauce. Add a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of the seafood mixture, a layer of ricotta cheese, and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of béchamel sauce on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Allow the lasagna to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
