- 1 cup Grape Tomatoes (Halved.)
- 4 sprigs Rosemary (For garnish.)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Slice the dinner rolls into triangles, about 1 inch thick.
- Blend together the whole egg and egg yolk in a blender until fluffy.
- Drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil slowly while the blender is running on high.
- Add the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Spread a generous dollop of garlic aioli on each toasted triangle.
- Top each crostini with a slice of beef carpaccio, sprinkle with coarse black sea salt, and garnish with a halved grape tomato and rosemary sprig.
- Serve immediately while the crostinis are still warm and crispy.
