- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the flour, granulated sugar, honey, egg, butter, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a large bowl until well blended.
- Stir in any optional add-ins like chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
- Spoon dollops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For a chewier cookie, reduce baking time slightly.
- You can replace chopped nuts with chocolate chips if desired.
