- 1 dash honey or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1 sheet Parchment paper for lining your baking sheet
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
- Scoop out the yogurt and spread it evenly onto the lined baking sheet, aiming for about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Drizzle a bit of honey or agave syrup over the yogurt for added sweetness, if desired.
- Scatter your colorful toppings over the yogurt, ensuring even distribution.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until the yogurt is fully set.
- Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break the yogurt bark into pieces.
- Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
