Ingredients

- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Let steaks come to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side until desired doneness; remove and rest.
- Lower heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens.
- Return steaks to pan, spoon sauce over them, and heat for another minute.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- Ensure the steaks are at room temperature for even cooking.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the steaks and desired doneness.
