Description

A deliciously creamy garlic sauce combined with perfectly seared steaks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Let steaks come to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side until desired doneness; remove and rest.
  4. Lower heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Return steaks to pan, spoon sauce over them, and heat for another minute.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
