Delicious peanut butter cookies topped with a chocolate kiss!
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 24 chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter and the egg, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture until just incorporated.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around edges but soft in the center.
- Press a chocolate kiss into each cookie while warm.
- Let cool on baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
