- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat each chicken piece thoroughly in the mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small pot over low heat, combine hot honey with a splash of water until slightly thin.
- Drain fried chicken on paper towels then toss them in the hot honey glaze until evenly coated.
Notes
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to get a crispy texture.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of hot honey to taste.
