- 12 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 pound sliced ham (use your favorite deli ham)
- 12 slices Swiss cheese (rich and nutty flavor)
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter (adds richness)
- 0 Tablespoon poppy seeds (for a whimsical touch)
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion (adds flavor)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for umami kick)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (brings warmth)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them attached at the back and lay the bottom in the baking dish.
- Layer 6 slices of Swiss cheese, followed by ham and then the remaining Swiss cheese over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Position the top half of the rolls back on top of the layers and press down gently.
- Melt the butter and mix in poppy seeds, dried minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper, then brush it over the tops.
- Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice the baked sliders into 12 servings and serve warm.
