Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in both sugars until combined and slightly cooled.
  3. Whisk in the eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until creamy and glossy.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently stir in any chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
