Description

These rich and fudgy brownies are made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a delicious twist on a classic treat!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch-processed preferred)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently until fully combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are set and the center is just slightly gooey.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes, then slice and enjoy. For best texture, refrigerate before cutting.

  • For a firmer brownie, bake an additional 5 minutes.
