These rich and fudgy brownies are made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a delicious twist on a classic treat!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch-processed preferred)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are set and the center is just slightly gooey.
- Let cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes, then slice and enjoy. For best texture, refrigerate before cutting.
Notes
- For a firmer brownie, bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
