- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- Additional chocolate sandwich cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Coffee Mixture: Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool.
- Make the Cream Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
- Layering: Dip each chocolate sandwich cookie briefly in the coffee. Arrange a layer of the dipped cookies in the bottom of a square or rectangular dish. Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the cookies.
- Repeating Layers: Repeat the process with another layer of coffee-dipped cookies followed by the mascarpone mixture. Continue layering until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of mascarpone cream.
- Garnish: Dust the top layer with cocoa powder using a fine sieve. Garnish with additional chocolate sandwich cookies on top.
- Chill: Cover the tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
