- 2 cups Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- Mini Oreo cookies – for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Puddings: Prepare the chocolate and vanilla puddings according to the package instructions. Let them cool and set aside.
- Crush the Oreos: Place Oreo cookies in a large ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they are fine crumbs.
- Layer the Parfait: In a dessert glass, add a layer of crushed Oreo cookies at the bottom. Spoon a layer of vanilla pudding over the Oreo crumbs, spreading it evenly. Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the vanilla layer. Repeat the layers if your glass allows for it, ending with a layer of Oreo crumbs.
- Top with Whipped Cream: Add a generous dollop or swirl of whipped cream on top of the final layer of Oreo crumbs.
- Garnish: Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the whipped cream. Add a few fresh raspberries on top. Garnish with mini Oreo cookies.
