Description
This delicious crock pot recipe features frozen pierogies, kielbasa, and a creamy Alfredo sauce topped with cheese and green onions!

- 1 bag (32 ounce) frozen pierogies (I used Mrs. T’s cheddar pierogies)
- 1 (14 ounce) smoked kielbasa sausage (sliced into rounds)
- 1 medium red bell pepper (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 jars (15 ounce) Alfredo sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- green onions (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Add pierogies, kielbasa sausage, and bell pepper to a 6-quart crock pot. Toss until well combined.
- In a medium bowl, add Alfredo sauce, garlic, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix until well combined and pour over pierogies and sausage.
- Cover and cook on high for 2½ to 3½ hours or low for 4-5 hours.
- In the last 15 minutes, sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover again until melted.
- Garnish with green onions before serving and enjoy!
Notes
- This dish can be garnished with additional cheese if desired.
- Make sure to stir the ingredients well to ensure they are evenly coated with the sauce.
