Description

This delicious crock pot recipe features frozen pierogies, kielbasa, and a creamy Alfredo sauce topped with cheese and green onions!


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 ounce) frozen pierogies (I used Mrs. T’s cheddar pierogies)
  • 1 (14 ounce) smoked kielbasa sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 jars (15 ounce) Alfredo sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add pierogies, kielbasa sausage, and bell pepper to a 6-quart crock pot. Toss until well combined.
  2. In a medium bowl, add Alfredo sauce, garlic, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix until well combined and pour over pierogies and sausage.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 2½ to 3½ hours or low for 4-5 hours.
  4. In the last 15 minutes, sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover again until melted.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving and enjoy!

Notes

  • This dish can be garnished with additional cheese if desired.
  • Make sure to stir the ingredients well to ensure they are evenly coated with the sauce.
