Description
Delicious skillet potatoes seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 pound yellow or red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter (or 2 tablespoons olive oil, for vegan)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes.
- Cut them into thin slices, about 1/4” inch thick.
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the potatoes and cook them for 10 to 12 minutes until browned, flipping occasionally until all sides are browned.
- Sprinkle with seasoning and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use only olive oil instead of butter.
