- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in chicken, cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to casserole dish and top with cheeses.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
