- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked chicken and cut biscuit pieces into the mixture and stir gently to coat.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until the biscuits are golden and the casserole is bubbling.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeños.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
