- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Macaroni: Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and chop into pieces. Set aside.
- Cook Beef: In the same skillet, add diced onions and cook until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Combine Ingredients: Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Mix with Macaroni: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni with the beef mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Assemble Casserole: Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and chopped bacon over the top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
