Description

This Cajun Flank Steak is a juicy and flavorful dish, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb flank steak
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix seasonings together in small dish.
  3. Dab outside of steak with a paper towel to remove moisture. Rub seasonings all over.
  4. Spray inside of basket with non stick spray and lay steak flat inside.
  5. Cook for approximately 7-8 minutes depending on how well done you want it. 7 minutes will typically make a 2 lb. steak medium rare.
  6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes and then slice against the grain and serve.

Notes

  • For best results, use a meat thermometer to check for desired doneness.
  • Let the steak rest for juices to redistribute for optimal tenderness.
