This Cajun Flank Steak is a juicy and flavorful dish, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 lb flank steak
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Mix seasonings together in small dish.
- Dab outside of steak with a paper towel to remove moisture. Rub seasonings all over.
- Spray inside of basket with non stick spray and lay steak flat inside.
- Cook for approximately 7-8 minutes depending on how well done you want it. 7 minutes will typically make a 2 lb. steak medium rare.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes and then slice against the grain and serve.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to check for desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for juices to redistribute for optimal tenderness.
